Refund policy

At WOOJAY, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.

Return Window
You may return your WOOJAY product within 45 days of the delivery date, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@woojayride.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including return shipping instructions.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Items
Duties and taxes paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@woojayride.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
